Italian Canadian Society Upgrades Kitchen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our kitchen is an IHA certified\u00a0kitchen and in 2017 the Nelson Italian Canadian Society has upgraded it to accommodate serious chefs.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the equipment available includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>exhaust hood system c\/w air exchange<\/li>\n<li>full \u00a0size bakery depth commercial gas convection oven<\/li>\n<li>6 open burner Wolf commercial gas range with standard oven<\/li>\n<li>36&#8243; flat top commercial gas griddle with standard oven<\/li>\n<li>double stock pot gas burner range<\/li>\n<li>warming oven tower<\/li>\n<li>two commercial double door refrigerators<\/li>\n<li>wash line c\/w upright pass through high temperature sanitizing dishwasher<\/li>\n<li>dishes, flatware, large commercial coffee pots, misc. serving dishes, water pitchers etc.<\/li>\n<li>bar includes undercounter ice machine and commercial double door refrigerator<\/li>\n<li>most of the
