Online Application

  • Your membership with the Nelson District Rod and Gun Club is immediate
  • Your NDRGC/BCWF membership card will also be immediately available to download or print upon membership purchase.  (plastic card can be purchased for $5.00 through the BCWF store).
  • BCWF card has Nelson District Rod and Gun Club name printed on it (proving membership.)
  • BCWF has issued new member numbers. Your original NDRGC member number is permanent and remains the same
  • Waiver is signed online (needed to complete the transaction)
  • Auto renewal available

Manual Application

  • Applications processed monthly
  • NDRGC Membership cards mailed out the 3rd week of the month,
  • Paper applications pickup at Farmer’s Supply every 2 weeks
  • Returning member? Complete Form A
  • New or lapsed member: Complete Form B
  • Applications submitted to BCWF monthly

Online Applications

***This is the option if you need your NDRGC membership urgently***

  1. Log onto BCWF and navigate to your personal MyBCWF profile,
  2. Click on the green “join now” icon
  3. Choose the “join your favorite club” icon
  4. Follow online steps to check out
    1. Add plastic card to shopping cart at this time ($5)-optional
    2. EPI code offered October 1st to Nov 30th
    3. ATV insurance opt out (only available online)
  5. BCWF sends alert to NDRGC membership coordinator.
  6. Membership card is immediately available on BCWF member profile

 

Manual Applications 

  1. Select the appropriate form:
    • Form A If you were a member in the immediate past year
    • Form B If you are a new member
    • Form B If you were a member, but skipped a year or two
  1. Print and sign the waiver (link takes you to waiver) and include with your application and payment.
  1. Select payment option:
Please be reminded that if: the incorrect form is used or is incomplete, the waiver has not been accepted, and/or payment is not received, the membership application will be delayed.
  1. Send completed Form A or B, waiver and payment to NDRGC Membership either by:

The Director’s meetings are held at 6:30 p.m. on the first Tuesday of each month at the Club house on Railway Street in Nelson.  The AGM is held the second Saturday of January at 10 AM, also at the Club house.
