Early Payment Incentive (EPI) for consecutive year renewal registration available for both online and manual applications

New and Returning Members

Attempting to register online for the 2027 membership year prior to November 15^th will result in a 2026 membership.

Online registration begins January 1^st.

Online Applications

***This is the option if you need your NDRGC membership urgently***

 

1. Log onto BCWF and navigate to your personal MyBCWF profile,
2. Click on the green “join now” icon
3. Choose the “join your favorite club” icon
4. Follow online steps to check out
   1. Add plastic card to shopping cart at this time ($5)-optional
   2. EPI code offered Nov 15^st to Dec 31st
   3. ATV insurance opt out (only available online)
5. Digital Membership card is immediately available on BCWF member profile

 

Manual applications

1. Select the appropriate form:
   • Form A If you were a member in the immediate past year
   • Form B If you are a new member
   • Form B If you were a member, but skipped a year or two

 

2. Print and sign the waiver (link takes you to waiver) and include with your application and payment.

 

3. Select payment option:
   • Enclose payment (cash or cheque) with paper applications
   • E-transfer fees to membership@nrgcbc.ca

 

Please be reminded: if the incorrect form is used or is incomplete, the waiver has not been accepted, and/or payment is not received, the membership application will be delayed.

 

4. Send completed Form A or B, waiver and payment to NDRGC Membership either by:
