Outdoor Range Restrictions – Fire Season
Due to the threat of wildfire, the NDRGC is actively reducing the risk of ignition at their outdoor range. The range will remain open with the following restrictions in place
NDRGC Club Policy 2017.10.03 – Outdoor Range Restrictions – Fire
Season
These restrictions apply to all venues at the outdoor range ( Archery, Trap and
rifle range)
– the use of steel jacket projectiles is prohibited
– Smoking is restricted to areas with concrete floor or gravel only. No smoking
downrange or over ground cover with organic material
– Shooting is now limited up to the 200 yard berm
– Shooting will be completed by noon on any day
– Shooters will maintain a fire watch for 30 minutes after cessation of
shooting
B.C FIRE RESTRICTIONS
NDRGC AGM: Venue Change
With the new Provincial Health Orders in place, our AGM will now be held at our club house, Mickey McEwen Hall, situated at 801 Railway Street on Saturday August 14, 2021 @ 10:00 am.
however, it will be restricted to a total of 50 people.
If you wish to attend the AGM, you must be a member in good standing (paid membership) and register your name and NDRGC member # with Derek Ludwar (derekludwar@gmail.com) no later than July 31.
A reminder there will be 5 positions available on The Board of Directors (BOD) including the President. If any member is interested in becoming involved in a progressive, insightful and community minded organization, I would encourage you to give these positions some thought.

Outdoor Shooting Range will be closed
Outdoor Shooting Range will be closed 10:00 to 3:00 pm on the following dates: Friday July 23, Friday Aug 13, Friday Aug 27, Monday Aug 30, and Tuesday Aug 31. Outdoor Shooting Range will be closed 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on the following dates: Monday June 21, and Tuesday June 22 Only the shooting range is closed during these times. The archery range and the trap range will remain open to all of our members.

Outdoor range cleanup
Saturday, May 15 will be the spring clean up day at the Outdoor range starting at 10:00 am. The Ranges will reopen no later than 2:00 pm At this point, there will be no BBQ, so everyone needs to bring their own lunch. We will supply bottled water. Howie
