$450.00 Kitchen, Hall, tables and chairs – 24 hour period
$350.00 Hall, with tables and chairs – 24 hour period
$ 45.00 /hour with Kitchen – 4 hour minimum ($180.00)
$ 40.00 /hour with tables and chairs – 4 hour minimum ($160.00)

Kitchen only Rental Rates

$30.00 /hour kitchen only Sunday 4 PM to Friday 11 AM – 4 hour minimum ($120.00)                    $40.00 /hour kitchen only Friday 12 PM to Sunday 3 PM – 4 hour minimum ($160.00)

Liquor licence

Liquor licence is required for any event where alcoholic beverages are present
Original must be displayed at the event, copy to Club.
Individual providing Serving it Right certification must be present at the event

Insurance
Two(2) Million Dollar Liability Insurance required for all events. No exceptions
Must be given to the Hall Manager ten (10) days prior to event.

Our kitchen is an IHA certified kitchen and in 2017 the Nelson Italian Canadian Society has upgraded it to accommodate serious chefs.

Some of the equipment available includes:

• exhaust hood system c/w air exchange
• full  size bakery depth commercial gas convection oven
• 6 open burner Wolf commercial gas range with standard oven
• 36″ flat top commercial gas griddle with standard oven
• double stock pot gas burner range
• warming oven tower
• two commercial double door refrigerators
• wash line c/w upright pass through high temperature sanitizing dishwasher
• dishes, flatware, large commercial coffee pots, misc. serving dishes, water pitchers etc.
• bar includes undercounter ice machine and commercial double door refrigerator
• most of the equipment was new in 2017, including the entire cookline

In May of 2014 our floor was re-finished so it is now bright and shiny.  At the same time the outside railings and stairs were re-painted and the shrubbery trimmed.  Neat and tidy!

AIR CONDITIONING was also installed in 2014 so events held in the hall on hot summer days will be cool.  How cool is that!

Additionally in 2015 a wheel chair ramp was constructed for the main entrance so we can be as inclusive as possible

After the Nelson Italian Canadian Society completed the kitchen upgrade a new storage project was started as part of the new affiliation with the Nelson District Rod & Gun Club.  The combined efforts of the two groups saw a two storey addition completed providing 370 ft, sq. new storage on each floor for a total of 740 square feet of space.   The project was completed in 2018.
